HOME / DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT
Delete your Gravity Flip account
You can play without an account. An account is optional and is only needed for online leaderboards, the public profile, and the progress backup. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete and none of your data is on our servers.
01Deleting it from inside the app (immediate)
- 1Open Gravity Flip.
- 2Go to SETTINGS (the settings button on the main menu).
- 3Tap the Gravity Flip account row.
- 4Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- 5Read both lists and tap YES, DELETE IT twice to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You are signed out and the game keeps working as a guest.
02Requesting it without installing the app
Email soporte.by.vik@gmail.com from the Google account address you signed in with, using the subject "Gravity Flip account deletion".
If you know it, include your player tag (the GF-XXXXXX code shown under your name in your profile). It is optional — the email address is enough to identify the account. We ask for nothing else, and we will never ask you for a password.
USUALLY WITHIN 72 HOURS 30 DAYS AT MOST
03What is deleted and what is not
DELETED
- Your account and your user identifier.
- Your public profile: name, tag, displayed look, badges and frames.
- Your scores and your positions in every leaderboard.
- Your cloud progress backup.
- Your likes, your reports and your anti-abuse records.
NOT DELETED
- The progress stored on your phone: levels, stars, coins, items and settings. You can keep playing exactly as before.
- Your in-app purchases, which belong to your Google Play account and can be restored.
- Levels you may have published: they stay available to players who are using them, but they are unlinked from your account and no longer show your name.
- Aggregated, anonymous gameplay counters, which are not tied to any person and therefore cannot be located or deleted individually.
To also erase the progress on your device: SETTINGS → Delete data inside the game, or uninstall the app.
